We encourage playful and entertaining content—but not at the expense of safety, consent, legality, or community respect. Bloop hosts user-generated and AI-generated content. We do not pre-screen all uploads and are not responsible for users’ opinions or material. Upon notification of a violation, we remove or restrict access in accordance with the law and app-store policies.

By using Bloop.ai, you agree to abide by this Content Policy.

 

1. Purpose and Scope

This Content Policy outlines the rules and responsibilities for uploading, generating, sharing, or interacting with any content (“Content”) on Bloop.ai, including:

• Original user uploads (images, videos, text prompts)
  
• AI-generated outputs (“bloopers”)
  
• Metadata such as titles, tags, descriptions, or comments (if enabled)
  
• Participation in public features such as leaderboards, feeds, or campaigns

This Policy applies globally and supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in the removal of content, suspension, or permanent bans.

2. Definitions

3. General Principles

Users must ensure that all content:

• Respects human dignity and individual rights
  
• Does not promote, normalize, or glorify harmful behavior
  
• Complies with the laws of India and other applicable jurisdictions
  
• Adheres to platform-specific ethical and creative boundaries

Bloop is a platform for humorous, imaginative, and surreal media, not for defamation, harassment, or unethical use of AI.

4. Prohibited Content Categories

4.1. Sexual or Adult Content

You may NOT upload or generate:

• Nudity (partial or full), exposed genitalia, or visible areolas
  
• Sexual acts or gestures (real or implied)
  
• Simulated sex scenes, regardless of realism
  
• Content involving the sexualization of minors or childlike characters
  
• Fetishistic or suggestive depictions (e.g., AI-enhanced cleavage, upskirt angles)

4.2. Violence and Harm

You may NOT upload or generate:

• Graphic violence, gore, or bodily harm
  
• Weapon use, threats, or implied physical assault
  
• Blood splatter, open wounds, corpses
  
• Suicide, self-harm, or depictions that normalize such acts
  
• Depictions of animals being harmed or abused

4.3. Harassment and Abuse

You may NOT:

• Target any individual with defamatory or humiliating prompts
  
• Generate content intended to mock, threaten, or ridicule a known person
  
• Use deepfakes to misrepresent real-world individuals
  
• Promote or incite cyberbullying, doxxing, or stalking behavior

4.4. Hate Speech and Discrimination

Strictly prohibited:

• Slurs, epithets, or hate symbols
  
• Prompts or generated content that mock religions, castes, genders, ethnicities, or sexual identities
  
• Stereotypical or demeaning portrayals of minorities or vulnerable groups
  
• Holocaust denial, caste-based insults, or similar content

4.5. Political and Religious Misuse

You may NOT:

• Use Bloop to create politically charged deepfakes or misinformation
  
• Generate satirical or offensive media involving religious symbols or leaders
  
• Portray national emblems or cultural deities in comedic or disrespectful ways

4.6. Child Safety

We strictly prohibit any sexual or suggestive content involving minors. Detection of such material results in immediate ban and referral to authorities.
Bloop.ai maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward content involving minors that may be:

• Sexualized
  
• Emotionally exploitative
  
• Involved in dangerous activities (e.g., smoking, weapons, drug use)
  
• Altered to resemble adult or provocative figures

If such content is detected, we will:

• Remove the content immediately
  
• Report the user to the appropriate authorities
  
• Permanently block the account

5. Consent and Likeness

5.1. Consent for Real People

If your uploaded content includes recognizable individuals (including celebrities, public figures, or acquaintances), you must have:

• Their explicit consent
  
• Permission to use their likeness in derivative work

We strongly discourage uploading:

• Group photos from public events
  
• Photos of friends or strangers without permission
  
• Screenshots or media of influencers or creators for mockery

5.2. Impersonation and Misleading Content

You must not:

• Use real photos to impersonate someone else
  
• Generate outputs intended to trick others into believing they are real
  
• Claim generated content is real footage (i.e., fake news, scams, propaganda)

6. AI-Specific Prompt Guidelines

You may NOT:

• Attempt to trick AI filters using spelling substitutions or emoji insertions (e.g., “n@ked,” “v!olent,”)
  
• Submit prompts that glorify harmful ideologies (e.g., “make him look like a terrorist”)
  
• Force the model into generating controversial or borderline content via loopholes
  
• Use real names in sensitive or sexualized prompts

We log and monitor prompt activity. Abuse may result in a ban.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Do NOT:

• Upload copyrighted photos, videos, or screenshots without authorization
  
• Generate recreations of copyrighted characters, brands, or logos for commercial use
  
• Publish AI-generated content as “original work” in violation of copyright claims

Content that mimics known characters (e.g., superheroes, Bollywood actors) for humor is tolerated only if:

• It’s clearly fictional
  
• It’s not sold, monetized, or presented as officially affiliated

7.1 Community-Uploaded Audio and Platform-Provided Sounds

• Bloop hosts a combination of user-uploaded audio and a small curated library (under 5000 files) of short (≤ 10 s) clips derived from publicly available cultural content.

• These sounds are offered solely for creative, educational, or parody use.

• If any clip is believed to infringe a third-party right, please email founders@getbloop.ai with evidence; we will remove or replace it within 24 hours.

• Bloop does not claim ownership of referenced works and does not monetize them individually.

7.2 Safe-Harbor Statement:

As a user-generated content platform, Bloop operates under “intermediary/safe-harbor” principles (Section 79 IT Act 2000 / DMCA equivalents). Bloop removes reported material promptly and cooperates with rights holders.

8. Public Sharing Rules (Feed, Leaderboard, Competitions)

When sharing content publicly via Bloop:

• It must not contain offensive captions, hashtags, or titles
  
• It must not promote external platforms or monetization schemes
  
• It must follow community decency standards
  
• It must be humorous, light-hearted, or surreal—not disturbing or hostile

We may feature, highlight, or promote content from public submissions, but we do not guarantee visibility.

 

9. Moderation and Enforcement

We use a combination of:

• AI-based moderation (text/image/video classifiers)
  
• Human moderators
  
• Community flagging

Enforcement Actions:

• Warning: For first-time minor violations
  
• Content Removal: Immediate takedown of offending content
  
• Account Suspension: Temporary or permanent bans for repeated or serious offenses
  
• Legal Reporting: In case of CSAM, death threats, impersonation scams, or terrorism

Appeals:

You may file an appeal within 7 days of the enforcement notice by writing to:

Include:

• Registered email
  
• Description of the content in question
  
• Reason for appeal

 

10. Liability and Platform Disclaimer

• getbloop.ai disclaims liability for any harm caused by the misuse of AI-generated content
  
• You are solely responsible for sharing or distributing content externally
  
• We reserve the right to store, delete, or block content at our discretion

 

11. Reporting Problematic Content

To report content that violates this policy:

• Tap the “Report” button (if enabled), or
  
• Email us at founders@getbloop.ai with:
  • Screenshot or link to the content
    
  • Brief explanation

• All reports (copyright, defamation, impersonation, etc.) are acknowledged within 24 hours and actioned within 36 hours.

• Users repeatedly uploading infringing audio may face temporary or permanent account suspension.

 

12. Changes to the Content Policy

We may revise this policy to reflect platform evolution, AI model updates, or legal changes. The most current version will always be available at https://bloop.ai/content-policy.
